Return/Refund Policy:
Customers can message Issei at email@mochigummies.com within 7 days of receiving their order to request a refund. Issei does not offer exchanges, but customers can contact us within 14 days of receiving their order to resolve any issues. Issei cannot cancel any orders after they have been placed.
