Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media advertising strategies to increase sales and brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to ensure maximum ROI.
- Provide and analyze data for the team.
- Design, create, and manage ad campaigns using industry best practices and platform-specific tools.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to target ads effectively.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing and engaging ad creatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media advertising trends, techniques, and platform updates.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on ad campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in social media advertising, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram Ads.
- Strong understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and platform-specific ad formats.
- Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure and optimize ad performance.
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
