About Issei Mochi Gummies:
We are a New, Mission-Driven, Women/Minority owned company with fast growth. We are currently seeking a highly organized, positive, and motivated problem solver for our Office Coordinator / Assistant position. This role is ON-SITE at the CEO’s home office and will start out as a Part Time role and move to Full Time. We are fast paced so if you have a strong background in administrative support, excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and have prior CPG experience, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for office.
- Help the team with online order fulfillment.
- Assist CEO & Executive Assistant with following through on in-office tasks.
- Manage and maintain confidential files and records.
- Track office inventory.
- Customer support via email.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- Prior CPG experience is HIGHLY preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative assistance and/or retail and/or consumer packaged goods industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Positive Attitude.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be a motivated problem solver and go-getter.
