As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Customer Service and Fulfillment Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service and seamless order fulfillment.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service and Fulfillment Specialist at Issei, you’ll be the heart of our customer experience and operations. You’ll manage customer inquiries, ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, and contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment. We’re seeking a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting, loves solving problems, and is eager to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
    • Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
    • Provide detailed product information and assist customers with order-related questions.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

 

  • Order Fulfillment & Shipping:
    • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality packaging.
    • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
    • Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
    • Assist with managing returns and exchanges in a timely manner.

  • General Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and organized workflow.
    • Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.
    • Identify and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service and order shipment/fulfillment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and office software; experience with CRM or order management systems is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including occasional weekends if needed.
