Our Issei Mochi Gummies Launch Is Here!

After months of recipe testing, cooking, cutting, mixing, and preparing, Issei Mochi Gummies are finally on the shelves of Whole Foods Market with an exclusive launch in 192 stores in selected regions. 

Drawing on my Japanese heritage, I came up with the idea of vegan mochi gummies with the hope of offering a healthier gummy candy for my kids and family. I was not happy with the types of candies that my children were consuming - laden with artificial colors, stabilizers, chemicals, fake sugar and animal derived gelatin. I thought there had to be a better way to enjoy sweets. I wanted something wholesome, with natural flavors akin to the flavor of ripe fruit, made with ingredients that people would not feel guilty or unsure of consuming. 

We have put our hearts and souls into these bite-sized gummies, hand-making it for the launch. These gummies are vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, gelatin free, and most importantly, they are made with love.
